It is pleasure for LPS SR, š. p. to inform the Airspace users about the continuity of the implementation of FRA OPS in CTA Bratislava.

According the EU regulations from the year 2014:
– The Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 716/2014 of 27 June 2014 on the establishment of the Pilot Common Project supporting the implementation of the European Air Traffic Management Master Plan

and

– The Commission Regulation (EU) No 677/2011 of 7 July 2011 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of air traffic management (ATM) network functions and amending Regulation (EU) No 691/2010;

– The Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 970/2014 of 12 September 2014 amending Regulation (EU) No 677/2011 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of air traffic management (ATM) network functions.


According to the European initiative to reduce the Air Traffic Impacts to the earth climate.

LPS SR, š. p. has already applied the Direct Route Flight Planning procedures within CTA Bratislava and introduced FRABRA ops on 26th April 2016.

According the amended EU regulations after the year 2015:
– The Commission Regulation (EU) No 390/2013 of 3 May 2013 (laying down a Performance Scheme for Air Navigation Services and Network Functions) sets out a set of Key Performance Indicators and associated targets for the 2nd Reference Period (RP2) 2015-2019,

and

According the adopted plans to adapt the AUs´ wishes to use more options when intending to operate over the European-Wide Airspace.

LPS SR, š. p. is going to implement the FRA OPS within CTA Bratislava in the following steps:

1 – Cross Border FRA OPS during the night over four countries as the project „The SEENFRA Expansion“;
2 – Reverting the DRA OPS into FRA OPS during the daytime as the project named as „BRAFRA“.
