Letové prevádzkové služby Slovenskej republiky state enterprise performs obstacle impact assessment (buildings, construction mechanisms, underground and overhead power lines, roads etc.) on civil CNS facilities and its components (surveillance systems, radio navigation systems, communication systems and related cable distribution) and on the basis of an authorization issued by the Transport Authority, an obstacle impact assessment on approved flight procedures and minimum flight altitudes in accordance with ICAO Doc. 8168 PANS OPS, Volume II, Construction of Visual and Instrument Flight Procedures, including the preparation of a written opinion and related documentation. The assessment is carried out for a fee according to the following criteria.

Required documents (to be provided by the applicant):
Obstacle position in WGS84 coordinate system.
Maximum obstacle elevation in Bpv altitude system.
Type of obstacle (building, mast, crane, overhead power line, underground power line, road etc.).
Obstacle dimensions.
Obstacle construction material.
The price regardless of the location of the obstacle is EUR 135,50.
