Consultation meeting – Unit Rates of Terminal Charges 2026, ATM/ANS providers

Dear Business Partner,

In accordance with the Regulation (EU) No 2017/373 of March 1, 2017 ATM/ANS providers are obliged to organize a consultation meeting with their users once a year. 

Equally, according to the article 5 (6) of Act No. 213/2019 unit rates of terminal charges for terminal navigation services must be consulted with airspace users every year.

In this regard, we would like to use this opportunity to invite you to consultation meeting, which will take place on 23^th October, 2025 (Thursday) at 9:00 a.m. in the building of the state enterprise Letové prevádzkové služby of the Slovak Republic, Ivanská cesta 93, 823 07 Bratislava.

We would appreciate if you could indicate your participation by the 20^th October 2025 via email
at nikola.scherhauferova@lps.sk and michaela.legelova@lps.sk.

The meeting will be conducted also online (via webex). If you are interested, it is necessary to send
e-mail address to forward the connection link.

Reporting tables and additional information on unit rates of terminal charges for 2026 are attached
to this letter. Please, note that the consultation meeting is foreseen to be held in Slovak language. In case of request from foreign partners, the language might be changed to English.
